UPLIFT TEAM-UP VIDEO

Delta Uplift is an internal loyalty program where Delta Air Lines employees can earn extra cash by promoting the American Express Cards. As employees move up the flight path and gain more card approvals, they get special bonuses paid in cash or miles.

TeamUp is basically a sub-program where employees can elevate their potential earnings even more by competing as a team against other Delta teams in different locations. The team is headed by a seasoned veteran, the Captain, who then can invite up to four other employees to join in on the money-making journey.

The purpose of this video was to introduce TeamUp and ultimately entice folks to join. And it worked! Tons of accolades, over 80,000 eyeballs and 1500+ new sign ups.
